Catherine Gayle Fuller

Chief of Staff

Catherine Gayle joined the Lieutenant Governor’s Office after serving as Senior Policy Advisor at the Department of Revenue and Director of Appointments in the Office of the Governor. She is from Montgomery and is committed to making Alabama a better place to live, work, worship, and raise a family. Catherine Gayle earned degrees in political science from Samford University and the University of Alabama. She and her husband, Will, live in Montgomery and have a daughter.

Connie Rowe

Senior Advisor to the Lt. Governor

Former Representative Connie Rowe was elected to represent District 13 in the House of Representatives in 2014 and was re-elected in 2018, serving until 2022 when she was appointed as senior advisor to Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth. Rowe previously served as the chief of police of Jasper, where she was the first female to lead the Jasper City Police Department. She was also an investigator for the Walker County District Attorney’s Office and first female investigator for the 14th Judicial Circuit. Rowe and her husband, John, live in Jasper.

Charlsi Lee

Executive Assistant

A native of Brantley, Alabama Charlsi Lee comes to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office from the Alabama Senate. A graduate of the University of Alabama, Charlsi started work at the Alabama State House in 1997. She has served in several legislative departments throughout her career in state government. Charlsi and her husband, former Montgomery City Councilman Arch Lee, live in Montgomery and have four children.

June Rogers

Senior Accountant

June is a veteran of state government and has served as the accountant for several state agencies. She comes to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office having served as the Senior Accountant for then-Lieutenant Governor Kay Ivey.
